Managing your Gmail data
Connect a Gmail account
- In ContextFlow, open Settings › Sources and choose Connect Gmail (or Add account for another one).
- Read what ContextFlow will do with your mail, then choose Continue to Google. Choosing Cancel connects nothing.
- Pick the Google account and allow read-only Gmail access. You return to ContextFlow, and the account appears in the list.
Choose what each account is used for
Each connected account has three switches in Settings › Sources:
- Sync turns reading new mail from the account on or off.
- Context lets the people you email from that account appear on your relationship rings.
- Commerce reads order, receipt and shipping emails into your purchases, restock suggestions and buyer facts. It starts on for your first account.
Turning a switch off stops new use from that point; what was already read stays until you delete your account.
Disconnect an account and revoke access
- In Settings › Sources, choose Disconnect next to the account. ContextFlow stops reading it, deletes its stored Google tokens and revokes its access in your Google account.
- You can also remove ContextFlow from your Google account directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. ContextFlow then stops reading that account and shows that it needs reconnecting.
Disconnecting does not delete email ContextFlow already read. To erase it, delete your account.
Delete your data
- Open Settings › Privacy and choose Delete account…. This permanently erases your messages and email, everything derived from them (purchases, buyer facts, rings and summaries) and your Google tokens, and revokes ContextFlow’s Google access. We keep only a minimal record that the deletion happened, for security audit.
- To get a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete specific data without deleting your account, email team@finaimo.com. We answer within 30 days.
